Tanorria Askew
Tanorria spent 15 years at Teachers Credit Union (TCU) before leaving to follow her culinary dreams. While at TCU Tanorria was the champion and practitioner for the institution’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Initiative, leading the charge in winning the Indianapolis Mayor’s Celebration of Diversity Award.
Our goal at Tanorria’s Table Consulting is to make people to feel valued, seen, known, and heard at work. We do this by supporting organizations in determining the gaps in equity and inclusion at their workplace and building sustainable solutions for long-term success to empower employees to show up as their authentic selves every day.
Creating seats at the table is everyone’s responsibility.

It took me a long time to fully embrace ME. Yes I’ve faced my share of adversity being a black woman, but even outside of that, life has hit me with some pretty hard moments. My goal with speaking is always to inspire and leave the folks in the room better than when I showed up. Dinner, Conferences, Galas, Team events. I’m happy to do them all.
