Avocado Crema

So the coolest part about this recipe is really the condiment squeeze bottle. I have several of them and use them all of the time because they make my dinner party guests ooh and ahh. Get some, and I promise you’ll feel like a chef. 

This avocado crema is a cool and refreshing sauce that can go on tacos, nachos, a salad, fries, chili, etc. Just about anything you like sour cream and lime on needs this sauce to go with it!

Avocado Crema
1 whole avocado, skin and pit removed.
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lime juiced and zested
1 tsp kosher salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and cream together until smooth and fully incorporated. If the sauce seems thick, add the juice of another lime or a little water until you’ve reached the consistency you like.
